Global Print care Packaging Chooses West Logistics Park in Limuru to establish it’s plant

Printcare Packaging East Africa Ltd. has chosen Africa Logistics Properties’ (ALP) -West Logistics Park in Limuru, Kenya, to establish its plant.

Meanwhile,the plant will occupy 75,000m2 and invest $10 million, employing 100 individuals initially and 150 in the second phase.

However, this decision highlights the increasing demand for cutting-edge logistics solutions in Africa by multinational corporations.

According to Knight Frank’s report, the demand for top-tier warehouses in Africa exceeds the supply, with Kenya’s purpose-built facilities having an 80 per cent occupancy rate.

Thus,ALP’s world-class facilities have attracted internationally renowned companies like USN Kenya, Tigoni Grown, and Avo Group.

ALP’s stringent quality meets the highest standards in warehousing and logistics, including Europe’s standards for warehouse development.

However,the park’s strategic location, modern infrastructure, and unparalleled services make it the preferred hub for state-of-the-art logistics solutions.

Richard Hough, CEO of ALP, emphasized the park’s commitment to exceeding compliance criteria and operating at the highest international standards.

The ALP West Logistics development offers 100,000m2 of Grade A warehousing space on 49 acres of land.
