Police have arrested two suspects involved in abduction of a lady and stealing over sh 645,000 in Juja ,Kiambu county.
According to the DCI,laban Chomba and Peter Mugera were arrested after the Nissan registration number KCL 320 Y was intercepted.
This was after a road chase with DCI’s operations sleuths.
What followed was the abandonment of the victim while blind folded at Githingiri Estate in Murang’a.
However, the lady reported her ordeal to the police explaining the morning of December 16 , incident that involved two men and a women were in the vehicle.
Thus,one of the men flung the door open forcing her to board where she was seriously injured.
Once inside,she was blindfolded and ordered to give her mobile money and bank account Pins where over sh 585,000 was withdrawn.
This was transferred to six registered lines and another sh 80,000 in cash from her purse.

and another sh 80,000 in cash stolen from her pulse,”DCI stated in a statement.
They further proceeded to throw her out of the vehicle at 8 pm that night .
This is where good Samaritans took her to Samuru police station where she reported before the case was refered to the operation team.
After the arrest ,an ID parade was conducted where the victims identified the two suspects who were then presented before a magistrate at Kiambu law courts.
Morever,the custodial orders have been granted to detectives to complete investigation.
