Lawyer Miguna Miguna Demand Answers Over Murder of Blogger Sniper

Lawyer Miguna Miguna has criticized the silence of Inspector General of Police Japheth Koome and Director of Criminal Investigations (DCI) Mohamed Amin ,over the murder of Meru-based blogger Daniel Muthiani also known as Sniper.

In his X account on Monday, Miguna called on the police and DCI bosses to address concerns surrounding the disappearance and killing of Sniper.

Miguna expressed his frustration with the prevailing culture of impunity in Kenya-

stating that the country has become a violent society.

He demanded answers from the @DCI_Kenya and Japheth Koome regarding the brutal murder of Sniper.

The lawyer’s message was accompanied by a photo of Sniper.

The blogger, Sniper, was reported missing on December 2, 2023.

Tragically, his body was discovered dumped in a dense area along the banks of the Mutonga River in Tharaka Nithi County on December 16, 2023.

However,the circumstances surrounding his disappearance and subsequent murder remain unclear.

The murder of Sniper has sparked outrage among Kenyans, who are calling for justice and an end to the culture of impunity.

Additionally,many are demanding that the authorities take immediate action to investigate and apprehend those responsible.

The silence of Inspector General Japheth Koome and DCI Director Mohamed Amin has further fueled public frustration.

Kenyans are eager to know what steps are being taken to bring the perpetrators to justice.

As the investigation into Sniper’s murder continues, the pressure on the police and DCI to provide answers is mounting.
