AAR introduces a new medical health cover

The AAR insurance has introduced the ShwAARi medical cover which will cater the diverse needs, budgets of individuals and families.

Shwaari is new single-limit medical health cover that will make plainer the complex world of medical insurance to patients and cater to the diverse needs and budgets of individuals and families.

The single limits option simplifies the coverage, allowing clients to choose how to utilize their health cover, whether they need outpatient care or inpatient care.

It offers premium payment flexibility, allowing clients to pay their premium monthly or annually, and also premium financing(IPF) to enable clients to pay even more conveniently.

The product has a 1 week waiting period and has no age limit.

It has an annual limit of KSHs. 250 K to Kshs 1M with premium rates as low as KSH 1600 per month, minimal exclusions, and No waiting periods for groups of 15 and above.

It has also included Dental and optical as bonus limits.

“Our new product, ShwAARi, offers an innovative single-limit option; it is transparent and affordable. We are committed to improving the lives of our clients by providing them with quality healthcare services,” said the AAR CEO Dr Patrick Gitonga during the unveiling event.

“AAR Insurance has considered the changing needs of its clients and intermediaries and responded with a product that simplifies the complex world of medical insurance.The single-limit option simplifies the coverage, making it easier for clients and intermediaries to understand and navigate,” added Dr Gitonga.

The medical cover which was launched in Nairobi is set to navigate through AAR’s other 9 branches in Kakamega, Malindi, Mombasa, Thika, Naivasha, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, and Nyeri.
